I'm Tracey Field, an estates professional with over 25 years of experience in the built environment and FM spanning both public and private sectors, including The Royal Household, The Bedford Estates, local authorities and housing associations, overseas organisations, and the education sector. I specialise in helping organisations confidently manage their estate through tailored support in project delivery, compliance, capital expenditure, and strategic planning.
